I offer transparent pricing for remote online notarization services. All fees are disclosed prior to scheduling and are in accordance with Virginia law.
Notary fees are set by Virginia law. Additional service fees cover secure technology, identity verification, and session support. Additional disclosed fees may apply for remote online notarization technology, identity verification, and session services.

Online Notarization Session — $35
Includes:
- One notarial act
- One signer
- Up to 30 minutes
- Secure identity verification
- Live video notarization session
Additional Notarial Acts — $10 each
As permitted by Virginia law, additional notarizations performed during the same session are charged per act.
Additional Fees & Common Scenarios
The following may increase the total cost of your session.
Additional Signers — $10 per signer
Each signer must complete identity verification and appear on camera during the session.
Extended Session Time — $15
Sessions exceeding 30 minutes may incur an additional fee.
Multiple Documents
Documents requiring multiple notarial acts will be priced accordingly based on the number of notarizations performed and confirmed prior to the session via email.
Witness Requirement (if applicable)
Clients are responsible for providing their own witness(es). Witnesses must be present during the session and meet all identification requirements.
